To search for a specific item using the style name (or style number), please use our search bar at the top of the page.
2. How do I place an order?
From the home page, click on a category of choice. Click on an item to view from the product list. Choose a color and a size, and then click on 'Add to Cart'. Click here to shop now.
3. Can I place an international order?
Yes. International Shipping
A. Log into “MY ACCOUNT” located at the top of the page and lick to “PAST ORDERS”.
- Click on Order # to find Order status.
B. Go to Track Order.
- Make sure to have order # and email address available.
C. Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when 1) your order has been received or 2) your shipment has be processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.
D. If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.
- Select 11after11.net as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.
- To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to “MY ACCOUNT” to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order.
E. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.

If an item is no longer available on the website, then we no longer have any stock. You may contact a local store to check availability of an item.

No. Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

No, unfortunately 11AFTER11 can only accept one promotion code per order.
2. Can I use the same promotional code twice?
No. A promotional code can only be used once, by one person, for one order only.
1. I think I was charged twice, what should I do?
If you see un-accounted charges on your credit card statement after 2-3 business days, please contact your bank, and let us know if you need our help to release those funds.
